Back to London again today with one of our beautiful bouquets! This time we were asked to make a bouquet that we felt would suit Kate Middleton for the Royal Wedding. Well with a Sapphire like that we just had to add blue, this will be featured in a Royal Wedding special in the April/May issue of Wedding Flowers magazine.

We were asked to decorate a cake so that it looked like fluffy white clouds! The bride was delighted with the result. For more information on the scrummy cake please look at Tiers & Tiaras - a fabulous local cake company ran by Annette & Jaime Tudor.

I'm having a wonderful time this year growing a small range of flowering plants - I even had enough to cut some at the weekend to dress our table for a small dinner party! Lovely vibrant colours - just look at this red rose, perfect with the lime green alchemilla mollis!

The weekend was hot, hot, hot & the team thoroughly enjoyed this wedding - country classic whites with touches of blue bee delphinium. Simply charming.

I came across these photographs and wanted to share this winter wedding with you. The bridal bouquet contained lilacs, lily of the valley and beautiful David Auston roses, wonderfully traditional & elegant - then wow, what a party to follow, it took us a few days to erect these trees in the middle of the venue! and we spent weeks getting the amaryllis to flower - it was just too cold!!
